Fairtrade sugar, icing sugar, demerera sugar, cadbury's buttons and Bourneville cocoa

Ingredients such as Fairtrade icing sugar, caster sugar, and demerera sugar are available at supermarkets including the Co-operative and other shops.  Cadbury’s buttons and Bournville cocoa are widely available in supermarkets too and can help make cakes rich, tasty and indulgent.
