Join the Fashion Revolution!

April 10th, 2015

Fashion Revolution was set up in response to the events of 24th April 2013, when the Rana Plaza factory complex collapsed in Dhaka, Bangladesh, killing 1,133 people and injuring over 2,500 more.

Last year, Fashion Revolution Day was held on the anniversary of the Rana Plaza factory collapse. In over 60 countries around the world, tens of thousands of people participated in a social media action highlighting the garment workers behind the fashion labels we all wear.

On 24th April 2015, the aim is go bigger and show the world that change is possible.

How can you get involved?

With one simple gesture, wearing an item of clothing inside-out, we ask the question: who made my clothes? To join in, take a selfie showing your label. Turn your clothes inside out to make more of a statement.

Post the picture on your favourite social media site, tag the brand you are targeting, and post using the hashtag #whomademyclothes.
