Islington Fairtrade and Angel Canal Fesitval

The Islington Fairtrade Steering Group is very excited to be participating in this year’s Angel Canal Festival.
The day promises to be a fun filled day for families and residents of the area. It is based around the City Road Lock on Regent’s Canal, Islington, London N1. Attractions will include a children’s fun fair, boat trips, regatta, art projects, live music and theater, and boats on display.
Our stall will be one of 80 to include everything from clothes and jewelery to food and drinks.
At our stall will be Just Change as well as Zaytoun serving up delicious treats. Some face painting by volunteers is also on offer in case they are any interested youngsters. All in all it will be a loverly day to celebrate both the local treasure which is the Regent’s Canal as well as Fairtrade in Islington.
